- Client Approval and Feedback: Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all work completed by Masterpiece Sites LLC. Feedback and revisions should be provided promptly to ensure timely project completion. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project delays and additional fees.
- Third-Party Services: In some cases, Masterpiece Sites LLC may use third-party services or tools to deliver certain aspects of our services. Clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these third-party services, and Masterpiece Sites LLC is not liable for any issues or disputes arising from the use of these services.
- Data Protection and Privacy: Masterpiece Sites LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and security of client data. We adhere to industry best practices and comply with relevant data protection regulations. Client data will only be used for the purposes outlined in our agreement and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
- Emergency Support: In the event of a critical issue or emergency, Masterpiece Sites LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide support and resolve the issue promptly. Additional fees may apply for emergency support services outside of normal business hours.
- Changes to Services: Masterpiece Sites LLC reserves the right to make changes to our services, pricing, or terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Masterpiece Sites LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services, including but not limited to, infringement of intellectual property rights, violation of third-party terms of service, or breach of confidentiality.
- Force Majeure: Masterpiece Sites LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under the agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or governmental actions.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising from the agreement, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation and mediation. If resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dallas, Texas.
- Web Design and Web Development: Payments for custom design and web development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Masterpiece Sites LLC, and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
- Search Engine Optimization, Internet Marketing, and Social Media Optimization: Payments for these services are nonrefundable, and Masterpiece Sites LLC does not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. All setup fees are nonrefundable as they are applied to costs immediately incurred by Masterpiece Sites LLC in initiating services. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Masterpiece Sites LLC, and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
- Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee, plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s), must be paid in full before service is restored or further work is done.
- Website Hosting: Payments for past months of web hosting are non-refundable. If a client cancels a hosting account before the plan expiration date, a refund may be given for the months not yet elapsed. However, if the client received free products and/or services with their hosting plan purchase, the value of the free services will be deducted from the refund amount.Notice: Additional expenses spent on behalf of the client must be reimbursed within 30 days of the expenses being reported.

No Solicitation of Employees: Clients agree not to solicit for hire, nor hire any employee or contractor contracted by Masterpiece Sites LLC during the term of their agreement and for a period of one year following termination, without written permission from Masterpiece Sites LLC. Breach of this clause may result in legal action and potential damages.
Please review and understand our refund policy before making any payments. Masterpiece Sites LLC reserves the right to disable and/or terminate accounts found in violation of our terms, with no refunds issued for terminated accounts.
